Diligence in the Workplace

God expects you to have an excellent spirit and a dilligent attitude, not just on Sundays, but also during the week when you are in your workplace. Always check and ensure that the right output is achieved. Be careful not to duplicate work and always give clear, concise instructions. Above all continue to build the morale of your colleagues. As you give of yourself - as you let your light shine - God is glorified.

Recognize achievement and reward it. Confirm that individuals have the ability to complete a task. This will keep them motivated. On the other hand, be honest should you be given a task that is out of your depth.

Study, go on courses and do whatever is necessary to equip you in your career. Are you prepared for your cords to be lengthened, to expand your territory? God uses people who are prepared, not lazy ones. Keep growing so you can be effective in your area of expertise. Don't be fixated on what you are going to be, enjoy who you are in Him now.
