Faith That Sustains

But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, "Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well." And the woman was made well from that hour. Matthew 9:22 [NKJV]

There are several reasons, according to scripture, why people don't get healed:

-Strife [2 Timothy 2:24-26; James 3:16]

-Unforgiveness [2 Corinthians 2:10-11, Mark 11:25]

-Lack of Knowledge [Hosea 4:6; John 10:10]

-Not discerning the Communion Elements [1 Corinthians 11:29-30]

-Unbelief (not acting on the Word) [James 1:22]

-Bitterness [1 Corinthians 12:14]

-Disobedience [Deuteronomy 28:1-2, 1 Samuel 15:22]

-Sin [Galatians 6:7-8]

-Pride [1 Peter 5:5]

-Lack of Faith [Mark 6:6 & 11:24, Hebrews 4:2]

-Not walking in love [1 Corinthians 13]

-Not wearing the armour of God [Ephesians 6:13-17]

Meditate on the Word and trust God for your healing. Let your test become your testimony.

Yes, there are times when healing does not always come in this life, but that should never shake our faith because in death we gain our great and final victory over the devil, because we then enter into God's very presence to live forever. But while we live on this earth we will always be challenged to live by Faith and to hold fast to God's promises.
