Dealing effectively with stress

Learn life from Christ. Replace worry and anxiety with peace and fulfillment through Christ (Heb 12.2)

Phil 4:8,9 "Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you'll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious - the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realised. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into His most excellent harmonies."

As much as using God's name in vain is wrong, so is worrying, which denies the power of God's promises (1 Pet 5:7). Live in the reality that God is in control. Stay focused on your destiny and don't have ambition beyond your calling.

John 15:16 (Amp) "You didn't chose me remember; I chose you, and put you in the world to bear fruit, fruit that won't spoil. As fruit bearers, whatever you ask the Father in relation to Me, He gives you."

No amount of worrying or stress will solve your problems, so allow the Holy Spirit to lead you and He will show you all truths.

Phil 1:6 "There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears."
